In a fight that should have taken place  5-10 years earlier, Robert Guerrero won a contentious 10 round decision over Victor Ortiz on the Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas, PBC on Fox card from The T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

After a fast start that seemed to tire both fighters, Guerro appeared to land the majority of the scoring shots but not by much. Ortiz landed the singular hardest blows and that could have swung it in his favour but all three judges saw it 96-94 for Guerrero, the former feather, super-lightweight, and welterweight titlist.
