Zach Parker drops and knocks out Sherzod Khusanov with body shot in first round

WBO number 1 ranked super-middleweight Zach Parker put in another destructive performance when he demolished Uzbekistan's Sherzod Khusanov in the 1st round in the joint main event of Queensberry Boxing Promotions show from the Royal Albert Hall in Kensington, London.

Parker, now 21-0 with 15 Ko's is looking like he may be able to mix it at the highest level with his mix of boxing and punch power.

Khusanov is 41-years-old and has now lost three of his last four outings but he has mixed in good company and only Parker has managed to stop him.

The left hook to Khusanov's ribs was perfectly timed and delivered with lightning speed. Referee Bob Williams completed the count at 2:47 of the round with the visitor still kneeling.
