Sultan Zaurbek Cruises Past Victor Julio For Win Number Seventeen

Sultan Zaurbek (17-0, 12 KOs), the promising Super featherweight from Kazakhstan but boxing under the tutelage of Billy Nelson, marked his new association with Wasserman by securing a convincing victory over Victor Julio (17-11, 9 KOs) across eight rounds.

Throughout the bout, Zaurbek appeared visibly frustrated, facing an opponent in Julio, who showed little interest in engaging and seemed content to let Zaurbek lead the action. Despite this, the Kazakh fighter aimed to end the fight with a flourish in the last round, pushing Julio to the canvas in a move that was ruled a pushdown rather than a knockdown.

Unable to achieve a knockout, Zaurbek had to settle for a unanimous decision win, with referee Peter McCormack scoring the fight 80-71 in his favour.

This victory adds another win to Zaurbek's undefeated record, showcasing his skill and determination in the ring, even in the face of a less-than-cooperative opponent.
