Mark Bennett retires after fifth round against Alen Babic

Croatian heavyweight Alen Babic had too much firepower and stamina for his opponent Mark Bennett. Their scheduled 8 rounder took place on the second edition of Matchroom Fight Camp 2021 headlined by Kid Galahad vs James Dickens with the IBF world featherweight title at stake.

Now 8-0 with 8 Ko's, it will soon be time to step up the level of opposition for the 30-year-old from Zagreb, the Croatian capital. Bennett, a 33-year-old from Dunsville, Doncaster, Yorkshire showed real grit to last as long as he did even though he had a massive advantage in weight.
