Scotland's Josh Taylor joined a very exclusive club when he won a hard-fought decision over Jose Ramirez to become the fifth boxer ever to hold all four world title belts (WBC, WBA, IBF, & WBO) at the same time.
Knockdowns in the 6th and 7th round sealed the win for Taylor but he had to survive a torrid 3rd round and a spirited attack through the championship rounds from Ramirez.
The 28-year-old Ramirez from Avenal, California did everything he could to turn things around but the wins over Ivan Baranchyk and Regis Prograis have given Taylor the edge in experience at this highest of levels.
