Nick Ball vs Brandon Figueroa

This, for me, is the toughest defence of his WBA world title for Nick Ball. I have a very high opinion of Brandon Figueroa, the high-volume puncher known as ‘The Heartbreaker’. The Texan has never fought outside America, so home advantage goes to the Brit whose Liverpool faithful will make themselves heard, but although this is a guess, I can't see the 29-year-old American being in the slightest bothered by that. Ball will not have to go find his opponent, Figueroa will be right in his face all night, but I expect that will suit Ball, who I tip to win by a close, unanimous(possibly controversial) decision.
