Bakhram Murtazaliev vs Josh Kelly

Josh Kelly turned pro with an extensive amateur background and a flashy style that looked made for TV, but when matched against David Avanesyan in 2021, it all fell apart. The rebuild has been steady and has included some good opposition, but does it ready him for Murtazaliev? I can’t see it myself. Home advantage is in Kelly’s favour, plus he has had better recent activity than Murtazaliev, but the Russian looked devastating in his last outing, destroying Tim Tszyu in 3 rounds. I think Kelly can fight on equal terms, but as soon as he slows down, Murtazaliev will strike and take his title home to California.
