Miguel Vazquez, the former IBF world lightweight champion knocked down Isai Hernandez in the 5th round and finished the job two rounds later in their 8 round super-lightweight bout on MTK Global's Monterrey show.

This was Vasquez's fourth win in his last nine bouts dating back to 2018. Points losses to Ohara Davies and Lewis Ritson in England were both highly controversial, with many observers believing the Mexican veteran had done more than enough to win both decisions.
