Conor Benn wins unanimous decision against Peter Dobson on Vegas debut

Conor Benn had a harder-than-expected outing against Hackensack, New Jersey's Peter Dobson, who came into their bout with an unblemished 16-0 slate.

Score were:

Tim Cheatham 119-109
David Sutherland 118-110
Steve Weisfeld 118-110

Benn will be disappointed with not getting a stoppage win in two consecutive visits to the United States. Still, his opponent was tough and skilled to the point that, along with his physical advantages, Dobson made it very difficult for the Ilford, Essex resident to cause serious damage.
