Chris Algieri wins wide points decision against Mikkel LesPierre

Chris Algieri put on a decisive performance against rock-solid Mikkel LesPierre on Triller's Fight Club from Madison Square Garden’s Hulu Theater to win a wide unanimous decision that should gain the attention of his peers.

Algieri, the former WBO world super-lightweight champ from Huntington, New York has only lost to Manny Pacquiao, Amir Khan, and Errol Spence Jr in his 28 pro outings, but even at 37 years of age, this performance looked like the prime Chris Algieri.

Scores: Ron McNair 99-91 | Robin Taylor 100-90 | Steve Weisfeld 100-90.
