Abdullah Mason Scores Dominant Win Over Manuel Jaimes

In the fourth round, Mason's relentless pressure paid off once more. He dropped Jaimes again with a solid counter left hand and then finished the fight with a pair of right hooks, aided by a hard left hook to the body just before. The referee, David Fields, stopped the bout at 1:55, handing Jaimes his first career stoppage loss. Jaimes, now 16-3-1 with 11 knockouts, had previously gone the distance with Rolando Romero. Still, he was no match for Mason's superior skill and power. Mason's post-fight comments highlighted his ambition, stating, "We want the belts…world championship," and expressing his desire to stay busy and take on more significant challenges.
