Sulaiman Segawa vs Rene Palacios

Segawa is a tough proposition for anyone. He defeated a No.1 contender in Ruben Villa, then took Bruce Carrington to an MD, back-to-back. He has defeats to quality boxers, all but one by decision, so he is teak-tough. Palacios is the younger man by 10 years and has a decent record, if not littered with the names of top contenders. Because of his recent form, I'm going with the Ugandan to eke out a decision win.
