 Felix Cash vs Jack Cullen
 Commonwealth Middleweight Title
 Saturday 2nd November 2019
 Manchester Arena, Manchester, Greater Manchester
 Matchroom Boxing
 DAZN, Sky Sports

Felix Cash gets some good exposure when he defends his Commonwealth middleweight crown against Little Lever's Jack Cullen on a bill headlined by Katie Taylor's bid to become a two-weight world champion.

The first defence of Cash's title at the Manchester Arena will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK and streamed across the USA on DAZN. An exciting and decisive performance by Cash (11-0-0, 7 Ko's) could catapult the Wokingham 26-year-old into some big opportunities. Of course, Cullen, known as Little Lever's "Meat Cleaver" has his own thoughts on making a big impression on such a big stage.

In August on the undercard of Matchroom Boxing's NXTGEN show at the Liverpool Exhibition Centre, Cullen (17-1-0, 8 Ko's) dismantled Brixton's John Harding Jr in 8 rounds to successfully defend his English middleweight title for the first time. Harding Jr is the protege of Dillian Whyte and had made a promising start to his career.

The sole loss on the 25-year-old Cullen's career resume was in a 3 round middleweight tournament held at Dublin's National Stadium in March 2018. After winning his first 2 outings, Cullen was stopped in the 1st round by Roy Sheahan.

Felix Cash vs Stephen Danyo
Felix Cash wins the vacant WBC International middleweight title against Dutchman Stephen Danyo.

The 6ft 3In Cullen quickly came back with a points win over Harry Mathews, but then went on to stop his next five opponents which indicates a sharp improvement in the power department.

Felix Cash has the looks that a manager can use to pull in the female boxing fans and become a commercial success, but Cash can really fight. Although he has only 11 pro outings under his belt, he has already garnered some attention with the manner of his title wins over Dutchman Stephen Danyo (WBC International title) and Rasheed Abolaji (Commonwealth). Cash won a wide decision against Danyo (14-1-3) in October 2018 at the Copperbox Arena and stopped Nigeria's Abolaji (11-4-1) in the 1st round in February at the O2 Arena.

Cash is on record as saying "I've been looking forward to this fight for a while and now it's time to deal with this fella in good fashion, There are a few weaknesses in his game which I have seen and no disrespect to John Harding Jr but he's no Felix Cash and if he stands and trades with me then he's going to be in trouble and he will walk onto one." But Cash needs to take Cullen very seriously because the Harding Jr win did show that the tall Bolton born challenger has the patience and skills to beat the Surrey man if he doesn't stamp his authority on the fight right away.

Felix Cash has impressed so far in his short career but Jack Cullen seems to have learned more about the pro game than just banging out opponents.

Prediction: Cullen to win a close points decision.
